Implemented the supporting Reports and Forms necessary to track all data residing in a Sybase Database.  The main tool used was InfoMaker 6.0.  All internal forms used to track change orders, work orders, purchase requests and other necessary printed forms were added to the library and thus eliminated the need to fill out paper forms and then enter data (the data was entered and then the form printed).  Reports were created for all levels of management with the Desktop reporting function available in InfoMaker 6.0.  Training manuals, user manuals, report configuration guides, and InfoMaker training were delivered.

Tracking and supporting all database replication needs and web related sites for the chosen software.  Managed all server needs.  Managed the software-automated interfaces and data transfer with other databases using the chosen software’s developers kit and software consultants.  When required created and managed internal Project Management Offices (PMO) to deal with the day-to-day needs of a large user population and trained the PMO to take over after the engagement was completed.  Using the developed documentation and modified databases created all necessary training documents including: Training Manuals, Training Slide Presentations, Workshops, and mentoring schedules.
