CLI was founded in 1997 as a consulting firm in the Project Management arena. Hard work, attention to detail, and being able to hit the ground running – these are the attributes that make our team successful.

CLI has positioned itself to be competitive in today’s economic environment by utilizing the latest web tools designed for implementing the “virtual office” concept. This eliminates much of the travel and per diem costs associated with on site personal but still gives the needed “Face Time” at a moment’s notice.

Bill Doyle, Principal, CLI Project Management, comes from a varied background spanning 35 years and covering the construction, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, pharmaceutical research, aerospace, and engineering industries.
